We had a fantastic evening with the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts launch party last night at the City Hall. Arancini balls were fabulous to make and super tasty , with 300 guests it was a lot of pre prep but worth the effort and to use as just a starter they are super delicious and often served with a tasty rich passata as a dipping sauce.
The salt cod was fantastic to work with and the lovely Polish lady from the fish mongers gave me lots of home recipes that I am going to try with the cod. Will post any success stories and any disasters ! The texture and taste is fantastic and easy to cook with and I love trying new dishes from other countries , different ingredients and methods of combining is always fantastic fun.
