Having now catered for a number of yoga retreat, we feel that we have go the feel for what is wanted and have throughly enjoyed all the weekends that we have catered at. West Lexham in Norfolk is stunning and its ethos is centred around nature and sustainable products and materials, lovely place and great for a holiday or a relaxing weekend. Potash Barns in Suffolk is in the depth of countryside and is truly stunning with the goats wandering about to the wonderful yoga studio that has breath taking views across the Suffolk countryside.

The food is very important to us and we loa up the van with lots of vegetables, herbs and spices and set off. This year we have a varied menu with cabbage steaks to mushroom and kale stroganoff, topped off with homemade crumbles, banana pancakes and raspberry frangipani, the all important food to keep the yogis going all day long!

A good hearty brunch always goes down well and local field mushrooms with thalami and poached eggs was a treat on the last weekend. We always use local and seasonal produce and everything is cooked fresh on site, we can table lay, serve the food and then clear away all debris when the weekend is finished. If we get a chance to attend a class then we do, our live of yoga is immense !

 

There are many different variations no the food that we can offer, from delivery only to a fully serviced weekend of cooking and classes to hep make the weekend enjoyable and informative !

Raw and vegan food is another area that we have been expanding into and really enjoying and have started to do cooking demonstrations for the clients at these weekend events .
