A wonderfully spicy chermoula to have on fish or vegetable dishes. I made this last night and the colours and flavours are fantastic. It keeps in the fridge for up to ten days, just add a little olive oil on top to stop it drying out. Another top tip; wash hands thoroughly before removing contact lenses!
